Refund Policy

Our return policy is simple! If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps.

  1. To be eligible for a return you must:
    1. Have your original proof of purchase such as an email confirmation or invoice
    2. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase if products were purchased in person or within 14 days of delivery date if products were purchased online.
  2. Your product can be returned if it is unopened and your are returning it for one of the following reasons:
    1. Ordered the wrong product.
    2. Apparent poor product quality such as smell or discoloration.
    3. Received the wrong product.
  3. Please follow the following steps if you would like a refund:
    1. Send an email to info@dermaniche.com with the subject line “Refund request- Order (insert order number)”
    2. Please write a brief message regarding the reason for the return and which product(s) you would like to return
    3. Once you receive a return label from us (via email), please package the product(s) you would like to return and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post

Your refund request will be processed and funds will be returned within 10 business days.
